When the current package is insufficient, the user can upgrade the package at any time.
The upgrade package covers the number of browser profiles and sub-accounts of the original package. The package takes effect immediately after the current package is upgraded.
For example:
The user has purchased a SOLO package(＄99). The package period is available for 31 days( October 5th ,2022 -November 5th , 2022 )
If the TEAM package is upgraded on October 21st (＄209), the user has used it for 16 days and 15 days left.
1. Upgrade your package directly on the VMLogin website, and pay TEAM＄209. The background will automatically convert the remaining unused balance to the current package and add days.
(1) Pay ＄209 on October 21 (＄209/31 days = ＄6.8/day).
(2) Remaining balance: ＄99/31 days * 15 days (unused days) = ＄48 balance
＄48/ ＄6.8 = 7 days (unused balance accounting for the TEAM package days)
(3) Package days of use: 31 days + 7 days = 38 days.
(4) The upgraded package will be available from 10.21 to 11.28 (the day of payment plus 38 days).
(5) The number of profiles is upgraded from 200 to 500.
(6) The number of sub-accounts is upgraded from 5 to 10.
2. Contact online customer service to make up the price difference to upgrade.
(1) The remaining balance: ＄99/31 days * 15 days (unused days) = ＄48 balance
(2) The difference: ＄209 -＄48 =＄161
(3) Payment on Oct. 21, ＄161 difference in price, and the day of the payment plus 31 days.
(4) The upgraded package will be available from Oct. 21 to Nov. 21.
(5) The number of profiles is upgraded from 200 to 500.
(6) The number of sub-accounts is upgraded from 5 to 10.
