1. Open the VMLogin client -> Click "Forget password" -> Enter "VMLogin email" and Click "Send verification code" -> Log in to the mailbox to view the verification code -> Enter the verification code and new password -> Click "Confirmation" to reset password.
2. If the verification code is not received or the registered email address is incorrect, please contact online customer service.
